Pro is $14 a month, billed monthly. Here is how the money-back guarantee and cancellation work.

Whisperly Pro costs $14 per month, billed monthly. There is no annual plan and no long-term contract.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you change your mind within 14 days of your first Pro charge, email us and we will refund that charge in full. You do not need to give a reason. The same guarantee applies to every customer, wherever you live.
Before you ever pay
Every new account starts with 14 days of full Pro, with no card and no charge. That is your first chance to decide whether Whisperly is worth it. Cancel any time during the trial and you are never billed.
After the first 14 days
Once those first 14 paid days have passed, charges that have already been taken are not refundable. You can still cancel any time: cancelling stops every future renewal, and you keep Pro until the period you already paid for ends. If you no longer want Whisperly, cancel and you simply won't be billed again.
How to request a refund
Email support@whisperly.io from the address on your account and tell us you would like a refund. We review requests within 5 business days; once approved, Paddle returns the money to your original payment method, which usually takes another 3 to 5 working days. You can also reach Paddle directly through paddle.net, the buyer support service of our payment provider.
Who handles your payment
Whisperly's payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, acting as our Merchant of Record. Paddle takes the payment, collects any VAT or sales tax that applies, and issues refunds. Your card statement shows Paddle, and Paddle's buyer terms apply alongside this policy.
This policy never takes away any refund rights your local law already gives you.
